Yes. Delivery drop-off orders have a minimum based on location. Full-service installations vary depending on scope and travel. Current delivery minimums are listed on our Delivery & Service Information page.
To reserve your event date, a non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due prior to installation. Specific payment timelines will be included in your proposal or invoice
Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and timing. Full details are outlined in our Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy.
Product & Design
Inspiration photos are a great way for us to understand what you’re drawn to. Rather than duplicating another artist’s design, we use those ideas as a starting point to create something original that fits your venue, color palette, and overall vision.
- Indoor installations typically last several days to several weeks depending on environment and placement.
- Outdoor decor is more weather-dependent and may have a shorter lifespan due to heat, wind, or direct sun exposure.
- We apply Hi-Float to all of our helium balloons to prolong the float time of all balloons. Depending on size, some helium balloons may last days to weeks.
We work exclusively with professional-grade materials and do not inflate outside balloons or decor purchased elsewhere.
For larger custom installations, we may provide visual direction or digital mockups depending on scope and complexity. Smaller orders and grab-and-go pieces are designed based on your selected colors and style preferences without formal renderings.
Event Day & Logistics
- We arrive with the balloon decor inflated and ready to go so that we just need to do the installation and touch ups on site.
- Setup time varies depending on size and complexity. We coordinate timing directly with you and your venue to ensure everything is ready when you need it.
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to venues upon request.
Teardown services may be added depending on your event needs and location.
Many venues have rules regarding hanging, adhesives, or setup timing. We work within all venue guidelines and use professional installation methods designed to avoid permanent damage. In most cases, we do not rely on adhesives at all and have a variety of alternative installation options available. We recommend confirming any venue restrictions in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. In cases of high winds, severe weather, or unsafe travel conditions, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule installation for safety reasons. We will communicate proactively and work with you to determine a fair solution.
Booking & Timeline
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends. Larger installations and corporate events should aim to book several weeks to several months in advance.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will review your event details, confirm availability, and send a custom proposal outlining design direction and pricing. If you would like to move forward, you can accept the quote and paying a retainer secures your date.
For most events, we communicate via email to keep planning efficient and organized. Phone consultations may be scheduled for larger or more complex installation projects when needed.
Site visits are typically reserved for large-scale installations, complex venues, or corporate projects. Most events can be designed and planned using measurements, venue photos, and layout details provided in advance. Feel free to send any videos or photos that you feel will help.
Final details such as color selections, size, and timing should be confirmed before payment is made. Once payment is received, production begins, and any design changes may result in additional fees.
We will always do our best to accommodate rush orders when availability allows. Additional fees may apply for expedited production or scheduling.
Environment & Safety
No. We do not participate in intentional balloon releases. We prioritize responsible practices and proper disposal. All helium balloons will be properly weighted and we are happy to provide alternatives to balloon releases. Learn more about our responsible practices here.
We use professional-grade latex balloons made from natural rubber latex. While biodegradable, they should always be disposed of properly.

Balloons should be popped and placed in regular trash. For larger installations, teardown services can be added to ensure proper removal and disposal.
